  Shipping & Delivery

  Zita & Co. ships merchandise within 5-10 business days after payment received to locations within the United States. We currently use USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail for all shipping destinations. The estimated shipping time is 3-6 business days. For international shipment, please contact us for shipping charges.

  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

   

  Return/Exchange

  Zita & Co. wants you to be happy with your purchase. You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a store merchandise credit. All items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  
  In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. (However, Zita & Co. do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.)

  In the photographs on this site, I have done my best to give a true representation of my pieces. Sometimes because of enlarging the photo or because of different settings of individual monitors, slight variations in color are possible.
